Uniform Policy
Pupils in St Cuthbert’s Primary school wear the school uniform with pride. We ask all parents/ carers to support the school by encouraging your child(ren) to adhere to the agreed dress code and the wearing of our school uniform. The wearing of a school uniform helps to promote the identity of the school in the local community and helps create an ethos of sharing and pride in the school.

Our senior pupils are presented with our Primary 7 tie to identify them in their final year. This tie is always worn.

P.E. KIT
Full school uniform is worn each day with pupils bringing their P.E. kit, green shorts, and yellow polo shirt, to change.
All pupils should bring a change of footwear for indoor use only and should change into soft black shoes each day, these can remain in school.
In addition, parents can purchase green fleeces, waterproof jackets and school bags also displaying the school badge. Information on ordering can be obtained via the school office.
In the interests of safety, soft gym shoes must be worn for games and P.E. activities. Jewellery of all kinds can be a hazard and must be removed before taking part in such activities.
School Snack
We are a health promoting school and encourage all pupils to bring one appropriate snack for their interval. This snack must also be nut free to ensure the safety of all pupils within the school.
